Land in Marseille and after a quick stop at your hotel in Saint-Tropez, you will head directly to the terrace lined with umbrella pines and a devastating view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez from the restaurant La Voile d’Or for an unforgettable appetizer of Mediterranean cuisine. Tomorrow you have an appointment with a fabulous oenologist from the greatest of the AOC Côtes-de-Provence classified growths who will take you to the bowels of his buildings after walking through his vineyard nestled in lush vegetation, not far from the Mediterranean. In the evening, you will dine in one of the best restaurants in Saint-Tropez with Chef Arnaud Donckele at the helm, before spending a night enjoying the most famous nightlife spots in Saint-Tropez. In the morning, you will head to a region of the Gulf Peninsula from which great rosés are born to live your exclusive winemaking and tasting experience to the rhythm of a cellar master. He will explain to you how the Grenache, Tibouren, Rolle, Syrah and Mourvèdre grapes that grow up on his soils give some of the best wines in Provence.

The first Pope to settle in Avignon was Pope Clement V, a great wine lover, but it was John XXII who improved wine-growing practices in the region. He erected a castle and planted vines in 1317. At the time, the wines were known as “Vin du Pape”.
