Phaung Daw Oo Monastic School – MANDALAY | MYANMAR

Myanmar remains one of the poorest countries in Asia, still facing significant humanitarian and development challenges.

Phaung Daw Oo Monastic School is the largest monastic school in Myanmar. This orphanage school, devoted to 8500 underprivileged children regardless of their ethnic or religious background, is consecrating much of its time and energy to raising funds dedicated to the school running.

I went to visit Phaung Daw Oo Monastic School on December 2016 and decided to raise money to help them providing the best possible education to children whose families could not otherwise afford schooling.
This money provides funds for teachers recruitment, educational programs, food, childcare.

I created my online travel agency In-Luxe Travel France and its chalets rental website In-Luxe Chalets France, with two passions : Travels in France and the Community. My agency is based on a philanthropic business model. What does it mean ?

When my customers choose my company to organise their journey in France, I donate a portion of my profits to a good cause. My customers are getting the services they paid for with my utmost professionalism, but they have made the difference by contributing toward solving the problem of education in Myanmar for children and adults. My customers have contributed to build their knowledge, skills and capabilities to progress towards a better quality of life.
